Sire : Ferrero Rocher

Ferrero Rocher obtained his stallion licensing from the Hanoverian Society with exceptional scores for his paces: Trot 9, Canter 8, Walk 10!. He was imported into Australia by Jenny and Phil Rapson. He was then trained and campaigned by Australian Representative rider Matthew Dowsley who competed him with much success in Young Dressage Horse clasess- culminating with his win at Dressage with the Stars in 2003.
He was awarded an amazing 9.5 for his rideability by Dr Ulf Moller who is very well regarded for his training of young horses at the famous PSI barn in Germany.

Her greatgrandfather Weltmeyer continues to almost single-handedly reshape the Hanoverian breed. " He was the 1986 winner of the stallion licensing in Verden, and the 1987 winner of the stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf.
In the same year Weltmeyer also won the three-year-old stallions classification at the Federal Championships of German Riding Horses in Warendorf. In 1988 he was honored in Verden as best stallion of his age-group and awarded with the "Freiherr von Stenglin-Prize". One year later he became DLG Champion 1989 in Frankfurt. And last but not least he became "Hanoverian Stallion of the Year" in 1998.

Florestan progeny have always done well in competition and in 2003 Fürst Heinrich was World Dressage Champion as a 5 year old. In 2004 Florencio was World Dressage Champion as a 5 year old and French Kiss was World Dressage Champion as a 6 year old. In 2004 Florestan progeny dominated the NRW Licensing. The first three premium placings were by Florestan sons and Florestan himself.. Champion Stallion was Fidertanz (Fidermark), Reserve Champion was Fürst Grandios (Fürst Heinrich), 2nd Reserve Flovino (by Florestan). Nine sons in total were NRW Licensed that year and a further 13 stallions by Florestan sons and grand sons were also Licensed.
