Hotlips has modern Dutch bloodlines on both her sire and dam side

Dam line

Her mother Ferrona is an excellent moving mare who scored consistantly above 65%. She produced lovely flying changes and has a trainable, willing temperament. She is an excelent mother and her foals are very correctly raised.

Her grandfather Olympic Ferro is a dutch stallion. He rose to stardom under Coby van Baalen. He won the team silver medal at the 1998 World Equestrian Games, 1999 European Championships and 2000 Olympic Games. Coby and Ferro's career highlight was in 2000, when they placed second in the World Cup Finals in 's Hertogenbosch, scoring over 80% for their kur to music, and with an individual score of 74.92%.

As a three-year-old he was champion of his performance test at Ermelo, where he achieved the outstanding results of
6.5–walk, 8.5–trot and 8.5 canter.

He has sired many exceptional sons and daughters including the KWPN sensation Negro.

His sire Ulft, is a son of the great Le Mexico, who is listed 10th on the jumping index with 142 points. Le Mexico carries Furioso xx blood, which brings value to any pedigree.

Ferro’s dam, Brenda, is a daughter of the Holsteiner, Farn, who is listed sixth on the jumping index with 146 points.

Farn’s son Nimmerdor, is listed second on the jumping index with 155 points.

Her grandmother, Belstone Betty is descended from top quality European warmbloods. Valeur born 1978 and registered Oldenburg sired many GP jumpers. He was by the German Oldenburg international eventing Chanpion Volturno. Limbo Rock sired many show jumpers and eventers including the international eventer 'In Limbo'

Sire : Hotline

Hotline is an excellent riding horse maker. He himself continues to confirm the ability that he proved as the Hanoverian licensing winner in 2005 and stallion performance test winner in 2006. Since then, numerous progeny have been sold at riding horse auctions and enjoy great popularity amongst riders.

Nine sons are already licensed and Sirikit was the 2010 Champion mare in Denmark. The progeny have brought this sire the highly secure breeding value of 141 points according to FN's estimated breeding value statistics in 2013.

Gribaldi the sire of Totilas has consistently produced top-class horses such as World Cup winner Painted Black/Anky van Grunsven, Grand Prix winner Sisther de Jeu/Edward Gal, Peter Pan/Beatriz Ferrer-Salat, BMC Pasternak/Coby van Baalen, Girasol/Nadine Capellmann and Zardin Firfod/Patrick Kittel. There are 25 licensed sons in Germany, including the Trakehner Champion Stallion Imhotep and Reserve Champion All Inclusive.

Hotline has competed successfully up to advanced (S) level, at the age of seven became Danish Champion and when he was eight-years old he won for example a Prix St. Georges at the Danish licensing in Herning. Since then he has won Grand Prix and Grand Prix Special tests at international competitions.

The sire Hofrat was Reserve Champion of the Trakehner licensing in Neumünster in 2000, was later successful up to Intermediaire I level and produced five licensed sons.

The dam’s sire De Niro, amongst others winner of the German Dressage Derby and multiple winner in  Grand Prix classes, is the reigning Number 1 of the WBFSH ranking for dressage sires. In 2008 De Niro became Hanoverian Stallion of the Year.

The grand dam Waleska produced in combination with Akzent II outstanding dressage horses such as the Bundeschampion Alabaster (State Stud Celle) and auction highlight Atachi W. The pedigree is completed by the thoroughbred Busoni xx, whose offspring is successful up to advanced (S) level in all disciplines.
